Event Details

YTH Live 2013, formerly known as Sex::Tech, is the premiere event for health and technology professionals to get together with youth, parents and community leaders to advance the health of young people. Hosted by ISIS, the U.S. leader in using technology and new media for sexual and reproductive health, the conference is expecting over 600 national and international attendees.

This year's highlights:
- Our newest track entitled, mHealth for Youth, where we will leveraging mobile devices for youth health
- Keynote plenary talks with the experts on transmedia and utilizing big data for youth
- A Chinatown and local SF excursion
- A "How to Surivive a Plague", Oscar-Nominated documentary, film screening (open to the public)
- Youth meetups, networking, and professional development 
- A closing dance by The Educational Theatre Group at Kaiser Permanente

The conference will be held at the Stanford Court Renaissance San Francisco Hotel in Nob Hill. A limited number of rooms are available at the Stanford Court Hotel for the rate of $172/night + tax.  You can reserve directly with the hotel by calling 1(800) 468-3571 using booking code "YTHLive SXTECH", or online at Stanford Court Booking.  This great rate is available on a first-come basis until March 15th, 2013.

Hello to everyone who registered for YTH Live! As we ramp up to full conference mode, we're super excited to make this event a success and we'd love your help to spread the YTH Live love. Here are a few things you can tweet, post,

As part of the conference, we are having a "How to Survive a Plague" movie screening at 7pm April 8th. We have now opened ticket sales to the public so if you're interested in bringing a friend you can now do so here: ythlive.org/register Purchase comes with popcorn and candy and we will conclude the film with a dicussion with prominent voices in HIV/AIDS awareness advocacy.

Other things to look forward to this year include:
